About portal access
The Practice Portal is a supplementary learning environment for students enrolled in H&H Academy programs. It is not a public resource — credentials are issued only after enrolment is confirmed and tuition arrangements are in place as specified in your enrolment letter. Portal content is aligned to your active program: PTE item-type drills, IELTS writing and speaking practice, OET profession-specific scenarios, or General English modules.
Within the portal you will find sequenced exercises, timed practice tasks, model answer exemplars for review, and progress indicators that complement live coaching sessions. Your coach may assign specific portal activities as homework; completing these between classes is essential for steady improvement.
Common access situations
First-time access: Allow up to two business days after enrolment confirmation for credentials to be issued. Check your spam folder for automated login emails.
Password reset: Describe the error message you see. Do not share your password in this form.
Program change: If you have transferred between PTE, IELTS, OET, or General English tracks, portal modules must be reassigned to match your new enrolment.
Technical requirements
The portal operates in modern web browsers on desktop and tablet devices. A stable internet connection is required for timed listening and speaking upload tasks. We recommend Chrome or Edge on Windows and Safari on macOS. If you experience persistent technical issues after a password reset, note your browser type and device in the additional notes field so support staff can assist efficiently.
Portal access is governed by our Terms & Conditions. Sharing login credentials with non-enrolled persons is prohibited and may result in suspension of access without refund.

- Not included — Unlimited one-to-one tutoring via email, marking outside assigned review windows, or support for devices below minimum specifications.

Staying secure online
Choose a strong, unique password for your portal account and do not share it with classmates or family members. H&H Academy staff will never ask for your password by email or phone. If you receive suspicious messages claiming to be from our organisation, forward them to info@hnhacademy.com.au and do not click unfamiliar links. Log out of shared computers after each session.
