When a callback is the right option

A callback suits learners who want to clarify course options quickly, discuss fees and payment arrangements verbally, or ask follow-up questions after reading program information on our website. It also helps if you find it easier to explain your background — previous study, work schedule, or migration timeline — in conversation rather than in writing.

During the call we can outline suitable programs (PTE, IELTS, OET, or General English), explain how online and in-person sessions work from our Hornsby learning centre, and advise whether a full consultation with diagnostic discussion is warranted.

Your target English score or band, the purpose of your test (visa subclass, university course, AHPRA registration, etc.), and any exam attempt history. If you are calling on behalf of another person, state your relationship and their availability for future classes.

Callback process and availability

We endeavour to return calls within the preferred window you select, subject to same-day capacity. If we cannot reach you on the first attempt, we will try once more or send an email to arrange an alternative time. Callbacks are made from Australian numbers; if you require a specific dialling format for international mobiles, note this in the additional notes field.
